-I reserve the right to decline any work if I find it outside of my ability to complete to the highest standard for any reason, ranging from the art that is being requested, not being able to meet a deadline on time, or any other reason.
-I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise and copyright is transferred.
-I reserve the right to use, publish, live stream and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on social media unless discussed otherwise.
-If commissioned for fan art of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or key chains (transfer of rights is not applicable to fan art).
-No AI or NFT art. Do not use my art to train AI. If it is found you HAVE used my art to train AI, you will be banned from commissioning me ever again.
-Do not use my works to promote, encourage, or spread any type of hate/hate speech.✦ Client's Use and Understanding-Unless discussed otherwise, the client agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.
-If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use (advertisement, printing, merchandise, etc.), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.
-Depending on the situation, the rights may be transferred via a commercial fee. Fee depends on base price of commission type.
-Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred. This is non-negotiable.General Commercial: Streaming / content use
Full Commercial: Merchandise / ads / printsPAYMENTS⭒⊹｡°⋆. ݁Payments will be made up front on VGen, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Roblox before work on the commission begins (larger payments may be split up into payment plans upon discussion).REVISIONS⭒⊹｡°⋆. ݁Each commission type will have it's own rules, generally I accept revisions when I send WIPs which will be at the sketch stages, line stages, color stages, and final stages (as long as I remember to). You are allowed to ask for updates if I do not reach out. If you require more revisions than this, there could be additional charges applied (USD).DEADLINES, DELIVERY, AND PRIVACY⭒⊹｡°⋆. ݁-Client must inform me ahead of time if there is any deadline deliverable or privacy request.
-There will be a rush and delivery fee depending on the deadline (USD).
-There will be a flat fee of $80 to keep the piece private.
